Are portals only for clients?

No. The same portal can serve a client, partner, leadership team, or internal department that needs a focused view of the work.

Does a portal expose the full workspace?

No. Portal data is scoped to the assigned relationship and intentionally leaves out internal descriptions, discussions, attachments, and approval metadata.

Can someone review work without a full account?

Yes. A private guest-review link can show only the content selected for that review. Signed-in portal members can also see reviews assigned to them.
