Do stakeholders need access to the full Beck workspace?

No. A private guest-review link shows only the content selected for that review. Signed-in portal members can also see reviews assigned to them without seeing the internal workspace.

Can internal approval happen before a client or stakeholder review?

Yes. Choose an internal-then-stakeholder route. Beck holds the stakeholder stage until the required internal reviewers approve and an owner is ready to send it.

What happens when someone requests changes?

The current round records the decision and returns the project to revision. When the work is ready again, resubmitting creates a new review version with its own history.
